Misty Mountain is opposite of Rainbow Cliff. Mists hover year-round at this high altitude, mistaken by some to be thin clouds. Thin layers of snow cover the mountain, making some areas slippery and hazardous.
Some think it romantic, a place to bring their mates, while others come to play and romp. However, all must agree that there is some level of mystery and spookiness hovering about with the mists...

 She looked at each of the pups, licking their heads and bodies. She looked at the two he named ''Their perfect.'' she said. She looked at the black fae. ''Youll be Veronika.'' she said. She looked at the white male. ''Youll be Skoll'' she said. She curled around each of them as Nikolas left. When he came back she had her head on her paws. She smiled. She tore some off and let the rest alone. ''Eat some, you need it too'' she said, nudging the rest to him. She ate her fill and laid her head on her paws looking at the pups.
