Serafina had rarely seen fit to show her more lighthearted side the world. She was so often surrounded by monarchs and gods with their pails of troubles, with mortals that yearned to show their reverence and legends amongst her kind with their lofty monologues. So many situations in her life were dull and solemn, and lately her world consisted of nothing more than dealing with the lamentations of a broken queen, deceased king and heart wrenched deity. Of course, Serafina wouldn't trade her past but her Cavvy's chiding certainly was waste entirely upon her. She hadn't been oblivious at all to the change in the earth beneath her but surprisingly the young kitten had no fear. The air had long sense been her friend and would certainly be her sanctuary should things end in a devastating manner, at least, such was what she had reassured herself with. A flicker of amusement ignited her stormy eyes, her gaze following his prowling form and though it was clear he had every intent at displaying a more malicious side to him, it too passed right over the angelic girl's head. Though anger bubbled from with him (she swore she could see smoke coming from his ears though maybe that was poetic license on her part…..then again…she could make spoke coming from his ears too….) his panther antics paled in comparison to the threatening curiosity that blacklisted man she'd once met within these very woods. Cavvy needed some practice to scare this stubborn mistress.
His breath within her ears sent a warm sensation down her spine and unlike him, Serafina allowed the shudder to pass through her with a sort of exaggerated antics to ensure he saw it very well. "Oh, Cavvy, you make my spine tingle." She whispered back with a breathy tone. Though Serafina had purposely made a point to not respond to his threats, she had certainly heard them. Tonight wasn't the first time that someone had expressed dissatisfaction in her. She was quite certain that Solaris of the North had too found her to be unpleasant company in addition to the current queen of the Valkyries and by this point she was almost used to being that disappointment. She chided when it wasn't needed, was guarded when she shouldn't be, playful when seriousness was called for and failed her kingdom and the Oracle. It was quite a list to have and surely one more ruined encounter wouldn't be the end of her. After all, she had a mission to fulfill! She watched in silence as he sauntered from her side, staring intently into those rippling waters surrounding her waterfall and ever so brightly a light bulb dinged to life within her head, entirely blocking out Cavvy's complaints on his new found name.
The splashing tremulous liquid surrounding them had been Serafina's element the moment she'd stepped into Hoof Prince, much to her detest at the time. Though trials and tribulations the two bonded, eventually growing quite comfortable with each other and slowly her aptitude with it had increased quite nicely. All it took was a little bit of willpower and those glassy surfaces would dance towards the girl's whim which currently consisted of ensuring her Cavvy's cranium was sufficiently soaked. Or at least, such was her intent anyways and really she tried her best to subdue her girlish giggles as she urged that wobbling lake to fulfill her desires. Of course, playing with one magic only led to making her play with another kind entirely.
Recently she'd been gifted with a very special blue tinged stone that she hadn't expected to receive. The aquamarine was a gem given to those filled with light and good will, requirements she hadn't realized she fulfilled. It was said that Galadriel's light gave the ability to soothe hatred and idly she wandered if that included Cavvy's grumpiness. She didn't yet wish to experiment on him, however, almost feeling like that even crossed her morals and so instead the young girl continued to burst his precious bubble. Her steps were slow as she neared him but rather the full on assault she had given him before, this time it was something simpler, almost intimate. Her muzzle paused mere centimeters above his flesh, not quite touching him while still certainly invaded and ever so softly her breath exhaled across his skin. Only this time, this time she didn't run for safety, entirely ready to take the consequences of her actions - whatever they may be.
