This is a safe area for young to come and play whilst their parents get some sleep! Also, abandoned pups may find their way in here seeking parents and help.

/Crunch... crunch... cru-crunch/ his odd hobble sounded across the snow as he wandered further and further away from the den into the clearing. He didn't know that now he was pursued by another fem who was also missing a leg, nor that she had any ties with any of his family. No idea at all what was going on in the world save the present. Thyme sighed slightly, hungry, freezing cold and losing hope that he would find his mother, brother, or sister again. But did he have much hope to begin with? He had put things together the days he had been alone. His mother left and never came back, so she had abandoned them. Thyme at the time figured she was hurt or lost, but now he was thinking she was gone for good, hurt lost or wandered of forever. His mother had taken their sister and left the boys for good. He didn't know that his sister didn't actually go with Rebel, but she had vanished the same day so the black and white pup was left to believe that this was the truth. He wasn't made at her, it probably wasn't her choice, but nor was he really mad at his mother either. It might have been out of her control to, but the pup was too young to dwell on the deeper reasons.
Thyme gave a little sigh again before he heard an odd, faced paced gate come from behind. The pup turned around quickly, because he was missing his leg and still fairly unsteady on his paws he fell straight to the ground on his small full white banner. It didn't take long for the pup to locate the source of the very familiar sounding steps that he also made while walking about.
The puppy-blue eyes stared up at the white and black patched fem not scared. He had no reason to be, he had never been dealt any harm or given any reason to fear strangers. Perhaps for a good reason. If they weren't vicious or fearful they would make for better potential adoptees than a fearful, aggressive pup. The mostly black pup stared at her face for a time, before running down to her missing left forleg. Like him... He didn't know there were others save himself that had three legs and felt a sort of an extra light of hope with this one. Despite being abandoned with his brother, the white maned pup thought that it was his missing leg that made her leave him. She always seemed to favor the other two over him anyway, leaving him alone in the den while the other two could hobble outside... It was frustrating, it wasn't like she had tried to make his life easier. But she didn't have to since she left. He didn't even know her name or any of his family his siblings even didn't have names. Just Mother or Mom, then Brother and Sister... That was it for Thyme in terms of name and he was referred to for the most part likewise. Boy by his mom. No real names... Just descriptions of what he was. Never did she call him son, really the pup didn't even know what a 'son' was since from the start Rebel had done her best to distance herself from them. It wasn't even that painful to lose her but still that was his Mom. But as he stared into the golden eyes that were full of caring, he felt strange. The eyes he looked into of his mother never looked like that. They were always saddened or seemed like she had got bit to hard when ever she had locked gazes with him. Nothing like this.
The tones from the fem also were very strange, but somehow matched the eyes. He shot his gaze upwards again, feeling them once again drift to her missing leg. "I-I-" But a loud grumble of his stomach answered for him and the pup's ears fell back feeling a bit awkward and nervous not sure how to talk to this new creature who just suddenly seemed to jump into his small world that was slowly growing. "Yeah." He said his voice very high pitched, suitable for his age, but quite which showed his uncertainty. This was only further showed when the grey-blue eyes looked away and down at his only front paw, which was his front one and was completely white. But other than that he was silent. Replies:
