Yes, this is exactly what I have. Thank you. It doesn't have the screw on cap part, just the stem and circle with knight. I am interested in selling it but don't know what to ask for it or where to list it. It belongs back on a Willys! I would like to reunite it with its home! I appreciate your assistance.
