Misty Mountain is opposite of Rainbow Cliff. Mists hover year-round at this high altitude, mistaken by some to be thin clouds. Thin layers of snow cover the mountain, making some areas slippery and hazardous.
Some think it romantic, a place to bring their mates, while others come to play and romp. However, all must agree that there is some level of mystery and spookiness hovering about with the mists...

 Stormfast walked past the borders of Abentrot and into the forest. He wanted to just think about what he was going to do with his life. What would he do, the words repeated in his head. Raise a family? He thought. He did not know of many she-wolves, well he had not met many. But the ones he did, seemed not right for him. He did not want to think about that right know. He wanted a friend, someone who would talk to him and understand him. As he walked on, his blue orbs scanned the surroundings, a mountain he saw and a big one it is. His black pillars carried him on toward to mountain in a brisk pace. He was getting tired from walking all this way. He approached the mountain and looked up at its tall peak reaching into the sky. He wanted to climb up it. Not onto the peak but onto a lower cliff that he spotted. He started climbing up and up. It was hard here and there, but most of the way was easy. He saw that a path had formed from other wolves that had walked here. He finally reached the overhang. It was a beautiful view and sunset was fast approaching. He scanned the surroundings with his blue eyes. Taking in everything he saw. He heard another wolf coming up the trail that he had come from. It was a she-wolf. The wolf walked up and sat next to him.
