The air is heavy as you make your way through unknown territory, as you pause to sniff the air a drop of rain falls onto your nose. It is soon followed by another and another and soon the rain is pelting down in sheets, soaking you to the bone. The clouds are an angry purple and the menacing drumming of thunder rolls over the sky. Squinting your eyes against the blinding water you find yourself at the edge of a large, dark pine forest. You are too desperate for shelter to notice the scents that mark the border and plunge in, and nearly into the chilly stream that runs through the territory. You veer away and as you are shaking the water out of your fur you notice a large pair of icy blue shards gazing at you. The storm has passed now and beams of sunlight filter through the thick canopy of pines, illuminating a massive male wolf not three feet away from where you stand.

His pelt looks like a bad patchwork job of black and white and beneath them you see large, hard bands of steely muscle and you know this is a warrior for his torso is marred with many battle scars. His banner curls over his back and his lips are drawn, exposing sharp ivory daggers. When he speaks his voice is deep and dominant, like the thunder you so recently heard.

"Wolf, you have found yourself in the terra of the Andere Seite Pack. I am Eclipse, king of this land."

It is only then that you notice another pair of lanterns gleaming in the penumbra and a dark-pelted fae slinks out into the clearing to stand next to the king, her own banner waves and her green and blue eyes bore into you. She is the same size as most males and a crisscrossing pattern of scars show that she too can take care of herself. Her voice is cold and has a snake-like sound to it yet you can see they are both fair rulers.

"And I am Nephthys, queen of Andere. We don’t care much for strangers so you must make your choice, Submit to us now or flee our lands and never return. If you fail to do either you will have little time left to regret it."

The formidable pair pierces you with their gaze and you feel as if all your secrets spill out before them. You are left with a decision now. Will you submit and take refuge in this dark forest or will you flee and never know what secrets these trees hide? Make haste, you can see that the pair grow tired of waiting.

Rejuvenated would be a rather good word to use to describe what Seline was currently feeling. She felt refreshed after her several last weeks of rest, and the Alpha felt ready to take on just about anything. And to top off her mood, the weather had broken to reveal a thunder storm, complete and set with both thunder and lightning. While the girl had always favoured the winter months, with the pristine white snow that matched most of her pelt exactly, she had always adored storms in the spring time. Though it was much too early for spring to finally be here, and Seline was simply determined to get out and enjoy the rain while it lasted. With the heavy and ever persistent rain drumming down upon her shoulder blades and back, the Alpha couldn’t help keep the smile off of her face at the feeling of her alabaster and crimson pelt being weighed down with the moisture. From her current stand still position, the Queen gave a quick shake of her entire body, ridding most of her coat of unwanted moisture; the gesture caused the ivory and occasional splash of crimson to spike out in odd angles. But it was not something of immediate concern to the female, for she had bigger things on her mind.

Without another thought she was off in the direction of the most Northern border of Andere Seite, which was accurately the direction of the center of the storm. With a light grin plastered across her scarred muzzle, Seline allowed her jaw to tilt upward, causing the ever constant sheets of rain to fall across her features. All the while she kept her pace even and unrushed, her destination already known in her mind. She had scented a loner at the Nothern borders shortly before the storm had begun, and had decided to venture from her resting place to investigate once the rain really began to come down. It wasn’t long before the howl rang out that was typical of wolves in Blossom, and while the Queen inwardly rolled her eyes at the gesture, she held her hopes up that this would turn out to be another invaluable wolf, worthy to be considered family. His voice had rung out strong enough, as his masculine scent told the lady he was healthy, if not a bit distressed. But that was typical in the life of a loner, was it not?

Giving another subconscious shake of her frame, eliminating most of the water from her pelt, Seline found herself breaking the slight tree line and coming into view of the drenched fourm of the male she had been heading to. With the slight tilt of her jaw to the left, the Alpha gave the male a slow and rather calculating look over. With bright emerald irises she roamed her gaze across every contour of his fourm, her mind calculating just what he may be good for. After a moment of doing such, the Queen finally parted her jaws to speak, her voice flowing forth sweet and soft, yet laced with something not quite obvious as danger. “Hello, there, stranger. Welcome to Andere Seite. Tell me, what brings you to my land, and tell me if you like this rain or not.” At the last phrase of her sentence, Seline allowed her black lips to tug up into a rather amused grin, the muscle on the right side of her muzzle stretching taunt across the bone there and showing her scars rather prominent. The lady had noticed her features somewhat contorted every time she now gave a smile, but it was not something she exactly minded. It gave her a rather feral quality to her beauty, if anything, and the thought only made the dual toned female chuckle more.

Turning her attention back on the male before her, the Alpha waited patiently for his reply, whatever he decided to greet her with in return. While she was relaxed, there was also a rather tall, regal stance to the girls’ posture. It wasn’t anything pompous, per say, but rather something proud. It ran in the Satanican blood line, after all, along with their warrior capabilities and ivory and crimson stained pelts. She did not sit, or recline and relax, but Seline did continue to enjoy the storm that continued to rage on around them. The thunder sent small waves of pleasure and excitement through her body, though she did not let this show across her face. Instead she wore a rather easy going, lazy expression, a hint of something lightly playful within her gaze, wondering just who this stranger may turn out to be.
