The Temple of Paduan is the Temple of the Flamebearers, those who possess the stone of Ruby. Though not the god of Darkness, Paduan is still a bitter creature with a short fuse.

Deep within the bowels of the earth, he has tucked himself away. Amongst the hellish glow and heat of molten rock where he is most comfortable. There are no piles of gold, no jewels to speak of, yet he still rests there as if dragon of old, slumbering as though he were carved from the very stone that made up his temple. Ash and soot dust his golden hide, spreading across his back in a downy blanket, streaking his sides with dark markings. It works it's way into his dark mane and dangles from whiskers and eyelashes alike, the depth of he fluffy but choking substance showing how little he has moved since his attack upon one of his followers. He had retreated to his cavern and stayed there, fuming privately, safe from prodding questions and wondering eyes.
Ears slowly lift from his nape, dropping ash from the ink stained appendages, the sound of footfalls on the stone overhead echoing loudly through the cavern he had holed himself up in. Slower still, the lids lift from the dragon's eyes, pupils swelling then shrinking in response to the glare of lava lighting the pit. Muscles groan like the trunk of a tree caught in a hurricane, fighting the push and pull requiring them to move. Each step carried him closer to the surface, closer to the brightness and the world he hated more often than not. Closer to a mortal who, as a single whiff of the arid air would tell him, didn't even belong to his temple. He almost scoffed as his eyes finally came to rest on the mineral dusted daughter of the North, steam rising from her soaked body, words anything but a warm welcome.
Do you make it habit to invade the temples of Gods to whom you don't belong or is this just a joyous accident?
what's done is done its in the past its ashes
