There is a ton of stuff on flickr ( http://www.flickr.com/search/?q=buffalo+tom ) and you can email whoever took the photo directly and ask if it's ok to use the shot. Some shots are already made available to anyone to use. One the right of the page it will show you the permissions. If you click on the photo to enlarge you will see "All Sizes" in the top right. In there you can get the highest quality to download.
