I really think Oregon needs to win the tourney to get in. They have 0 top 50 wins. Washington will probably get in since they are regular season champs, but it would be a good idea to NOT lose 1st round. I think just about any team can win this thing, but Cal and Wash are closest to being in without winning the whole thing.
