Ivory robes moved quietly as he shuffled into the caverns opening. Piercing emeralds looked into its depth and he found it reasonably empty. Good, no one to disturb, not that he’d chase off the first whipper snapper to turn up, but he certainly wouldn’t make them feel comfortable. Ah hell, it hadn’t been a while since he’d split blood; perhaps he was simply out of practice. He had a sudden thought to hold a training session for his children and the newer members of Malignant. Perhaps Devil would even help out in the training. He’d be dammed if one of his pups lost a life to another wolf in a scrap over a kill. Not that he doubted their raw talent given by their bloodlines but talent was nothing without instruction. He snuffed and nodded to himself. He looked about him and sat at the entrance to the caverns.

Where was Queens?

She had wished to speak to him, he slightly felt disrupted about what she would say. Would she tell him she truly couldn’t take him back? Hell, he wouldn’t blame her.
He wouldn’t take himself back if it were him.
