Misty Mountain is opposite of Rainbow Cliff. Mists hover year-round at this high altitude, mistaken by some to be thin clouds. Thin layers of snow cover the mountain, making some areas slippery and hazardous.

Some think it romantic, a place to bring their mates, while others come to play and romp. However, all must agree that there is some level of mystery and spookiness hovering about with the mists...

White paws carried me easily behind the sweet scent of Enigma. I wasn’t too far behind her but enough that she would have a good head start on me. I wasn’t sure what she was up to but something inside me tugged to follow her. I hadn’t had a chance to have some alone time with the fae and now seemed as good as time as any to move in and do some sweet talking of my own. I wanted to find out what was going on with her and Marx and if she really knew the back story of the male. Emerald pools searched as my paws carefully positioned them-selves with every step I took. I didn’t make a sound as I followed the lingering scent that was declared that of the other ivory ess in Abendrots ranks. I was an assassin and that would be proven time and time again with my stealth and complete and utter silence that I could master. Not even a leaf could wrinkle under my paws, my weight was always evenly distributed and even when I had to move at a fast pace I knew just how to balance my-self out so that no blunt pressure would be applied to anything on the surface below my paws. It had been described by others watching me work that I could dance on the air. Funny thing was I had never heard of a demon doing such things.

As I approached Misty Mountain my eyes rested on an oak tipped fae whom was just sitting and the sleek features of Enigma moving from the darkness. She was closing in on sitting fae, and I knew it wouldn’t take her long to reach her. I decided to hold my position and slip into the darkness of the shadows my-self. I moved around to the left to get ready should something happen that I didn’t approve of. I wouldn’t call it a protective but I would say I would kill someone of the masked fae. Enigma tugged at the place where my heart should be, and that meant something to me. As she approached the stranger she spoke up like she knew the fae. Suddenly she snaps at the fae and I feel my muscles tense as I get ready to spring forward. Obviously what I though was a friendly conversation was not going that way at all. Enigma then giggles and speaks in an odd tone asking the girl is she ready to go. The girl finally got up after sitting in silence and began moving away at a brisk pace. That is when I figure out what was going on. Ahh, this was a gift to the king. I quickly set in motion and get ahead of the girl and eased out the brush ahead of her. This was just about the time that she stopped and turned around looking back at Enigma and nodding, saying she is willing to go. I wasn’t giving her an option at this point as my emerald greens stare at Enigma giving a slight nod to as if I know what she is up to, and I was here to back her up. I started moving toward, as silent as ever. When the female would finally realize I was there it would be too late. Two very deadly and powerful females would then be ready to drag her back to the borders of Abendrot, if need be.
