Sorry for the late report....
Thursday was a big day in Uphill. A red-shouldered hawk was calling in the morning and again in the afternoon. Turkeys were battling each other for the rights to the hens. The raven which usually disappears as soon as the crows appear was croaking over the fields to the east.

In total, I was able to list 28 species without even leaving the property.
