If interested in applying for the show, you may apply for free by sending an email to: burgcraftshow@hotmail.com
You must provide your name, indicate if you are handmade or direct sales rep, name of business, link to business page if applicable, list of ALL ITEMS you wish to bring to the show, what booth size you'd like, if you need an outlet or a wall booth, and attach at least 5 good pictures of your products and a picture of your booth at a show if you have one. These pics are part of your application. The pictures are not neccessary for direct sales reps.
We will then email you back with a contract that you must sign and mail back immediately with a check to hold your booth. All booths are first come, first serve, and we WILL limit the number of like-vendors to ensure that everyone at the show has the opportunity to make money. We will have a reserve vendor list in case of cancellation. In the event that there are still empty booths, we may allow some more like-vendors to participate to make the show full.
NO refunds will be made if you cancel.

Craft fair is set for Sat May 12th
Set up is available the night before, May 11th from 6-7:30, and May 12th from 8am-start of show at 9am. ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP BY 9AM. Doors open to shoppers promptly at 9AM! NO BOOTH is allowed to begin packing up prior to 4pm. Packing up early, or not being set-up on time can eliminate you from future eligibility for this show.
As of now, concessions are not available, but we are looking into a fundraiser group to set up concessions.
*You must provide your own tables. Please provide your own chairs, if possible. 6 ft tables are available for rent from Outdoor Rec on base for a small fee. ONLY (20) 8ft tables are available on a need-basis for $5. Only one of these tables will be available to rent per person. Please let us know if you cannot get your own chair and we will try to get one for you. The community center is limited in the amount of tables and chairs we can use and they must know the number needed well in advance.
Booths are available to handmade artists and direct sales reps.
The point of this show is to give handmade artists a break from high booth fees and offer a discount on booths for handmade artists only. Retail or direct sales reps will pay the normal booth rates.
BOOTHS: We have 75 available booths!
Sizes
8'X6'- the front of the booth is 8 ft, the depth is 6 ft. Enough for 6-8 ft table and room to sit behind it. handmade: $25, reps: $40
10'X6'- front is 10ft, depth is 6 ft. enough for 2 6ft tables to go on either side to make a walk-in booth handmade: $30, reps: $50
ONLY A COUPLE 10'X10' spaces are available and will go to approved vendors with large showcases that will make a walk-in booth. handmade: $40
Only a few booths have electrical outlets and will cost an extra $5 to reserve a booth with access to ONE plug. Please bring your own extension cord and power strip if you need more than one plug.
