huge congrats to John on his successful completion of the 100 mile race this past weekend at the Umstead Endurance Race in North Carolina in a time of 23:36 and an impressive 62nd placing out of 150 finishers.

Absolutely incredible accomplishment...special shout out to Loretta who is rumored to be the best race support ever...
