{ . . I hate every sec, every minute your gone . . } As everyone dispersed, I remained still, wondering just where and when I was to talk to my dearest NEMO; whom now holds the title as my mate. Emerald stargazers skimmed the area, finally falling on him and causing my heart to skip a beat in my chest. No one has ever done this to me before, no one has won their way to my heart like he had, and now it was just so stunning how I was holding his pups in my stomach as of now..even if he didn't know yet. The pup, Night Star, and NEMO's meeting hadn't gone well, and even made me more nervous to see how he would handle the most recent news. Averting eye contact, I slowly stood up, ebon fur brushing against his lighter hued pelt. "Take a walk with me?" A sweet smile crossed my obsidian kissers as I searched his palette for an answer, emerald luminaries soft but yet there was still a sense of nervousness in them-which was hopefully not that noticable. Brushing past him, the faint sound of my paws hitting the ground was all that was left in the air as my body was engulfed by the shadows of the forest. Looking back, I let a mischevious smile fall upon my kissers, emerald oculurs sparkling for some fun, "You know what, screw walking.. Race you to Cavern of Secrets!" Without giving NEMO time to react, I turned around and sprinted in the direction of the cavern, my laughter filling the atmosphere knowing that my head start was no match for my beloved. By the time we arrived to the cavern, my legs felt numb, body heat turned up to full temperature, but yet not hot enough to cause a sweat. My breath was gone, and as I struggled to regain it, I thought about how I was going to tell my mate about his new "father" promotion. Slowing my pace, I eventually came to a hault at the entrance of the cave, emeralds searching in the depths absentmindedly, wondering if something was going to jump out and attack me from the darkness. .
