The air is heavy as you make your way through unknown territory, as you pause to sniff the air a drop of rain falls onto your nose. It is soon followed by another and another and soon the rain is pelting down in sheets, soaking you to the bone. The clouds are an angry purple and the menacing drumming of thunder rolls over the sky. Squinting your eyes against the blinding water you find yourself at the edge of a large, dark pine forest. You are too desperate for shelter to notice the scents that mark the border and plunge in, and nearly into the chilly stream that runs through the territory. You veer away and as you are shaking the water out of your fur you notice a large pair of icy blue shards gazing at you. The storm has passed now and beams of sunlight filter through the thick canopy of pines, illuminating a massive male wolf not three feet away from where you stand.

His pelt looks like a bad patchwork job of black and white and beneath them you see large, hard bands of steely muscle and you know this is a warrior for his torso is marred with many battle scars. His banner curls over his back and his lips are drawn, exposing sharp ivory daggers. When he speaks his voice is deep and dominant, like the thunder you so recently heard.

"Wolf, you have found yourself in the terra of the Andere Seite Pack. I am Eclipse, king of this land."

It is only then that you notice another pair of lanterns gleaming in the penumbra and a dark-pelted fae slinks out into the clearing to stand next to the king, her own banner waves and her green and blue eyes bore into you. She is the same size as most males and a crisscrossing pattern of scars show that she too can take care of herself. Her voice is cold and has a snake-like sound to it yet you can see they are both fair rulers.

"And I am Nephthys, queen of Andere. We don’t care much for strangers so you must make your choice, Submit to us now or flee our lands and never return. If you fail to do either you will have little time left to regret it."

The formidable pair pierces you with their gaze and you feel as if all your secrets spill out before them. You are left with a decision now. Will you submit and take refuge in this dark forest or will you flee and never know what secrets these trees hide? Make haste, you can see that the pair grow tired of waiting.

(( Why thankyou Mewie xD I'm really sorry about the poor quality though, loooong day at work :( ))

Her eyes were clouded in darkness. Figures swam in and out of her foggy mind, faces of loved ones and those lost in the mists of time. There was her dear mother Elfrsi, and her proud father Alcandru. Even her beloved brother Kijautae. Their warm faces surrounded her and the old girl felt content and peaceful. It was a dream, but it was a very welcome dream. She could feel the sensation of their fur as she nuzzled into them, hear her brothers' rich voice soothing her fears. 'Tarrkknji raidr, drae, tarrkknji raidr.' Smiling, the elder fondly nudged the younger male, wishing the moment would never end. "A kaijjda ren, droi."

Tjikiju felt like she was swimming through mud, it grabbed at her fur and threatened to pull her further down. She wanted to let it, she wanted to stay in that warm, safe place, but instinct forced her to reach out. She struggled and eventually pulled herself to the surface, her mismatched eyes opening a fraction. The bright, harsh world outside caused the elder to gasp in pain, her senses suddenly fully aware of every little noise and sight. The smell in particular caught her attention, it was strong, masculine and very, very close. Memories of the attack flooded her mind and she threw herself forward, trying desperately to get her paws under her frail body. She wanted to be away, she wanted to be free, but her mind couldn't seem to connect to her body and she collapsed once more to the floor.

The elder found her breath catching in her throat as she allowed herself to become fully awake, finally taking a full look at the source of the male scent. And, to her absolute relief, she found she recognized that striking pelt, she saw those crimson patches and finally felt safe. "Raidr.... A raidr...." Her voice was barely more than a whisper as she stared at Saladin, but there was more emotion in that whisper than any song could convey. She was home, she was safe. She was among friends. No, she was among family. "Never give name, mister. Have name now, yes yes?"

Shuffling closer, the old wolf pushed her muzzle deep into the males' chest, completely disregarding any etiquette, or personal space rules. She wanted the warmth of a friend, like the warmth she'd been surrounded with in that beautiful dream. She couldn't find the words to express what she was feeling, she just wanted comforting, like a pup that had scraped it's nose. She knew he was Selines' father and that was enough for her. Seline had her complete loyalty and admiration, it was only right that it was extended to the whole family.

As she became more aware of her surroundings, Ti could feel the dull, aching pain of her wounds. She was hungry and tired, every limb ached and mud clung to every strand of creamy fur. She knew she needed to clean the gashes on her side and the wound on her leg, but she couldn't bring herself to extract her nose from the candy cane coloured brute. She needed to eat but wasn't in any fit state to chase caterpillars, let alone real prey. But for now, she wanted to stay like this forever....
