ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING MOTM & COTM

So, I've recently been thinking that perhaps our MOTM and COTM procedure is a bit cumbersome and wanted to get our players opinions. Please contact me or respond below with your preference to this:
1) Should we keep MOTM/COTM as it is?
2) Should we eliminate the nomination process and allow players to vote on staff nominated characters and members?
3) Should the staff choose characters or players that we'd like to highlight based upon activity, plot ideas and general awesomeness (we'd ensure that motm/cotm did not repeat for several months in a row).
Please let me know so I can get this month's COTM and MOTM underway!
