*Appearance: Ovilese is a tall and slender fairy with a pretty pasty colored skin. His hair is long, black and pretty stringy, and his eyes are a very light green. His face is long and narrow with high set cheekbones and a pair of thin, arching brows. His lips are long and thin and in a constant, crooked smiling position. Ovilese has a long and thin hawk nose. He wears a plain white shirt topped with a long, thin black coat with gold embroiders. His black pants are loose and held up by a single black belt. He wears a silver earring on his right ear and two gold bracelets on his left wrist. A single armlet wraps around his upper right arm.
*Defects: He has a scar down the right side of his lips.l
Age: 27
Personality: Ovilese gets easily obsessed over things and people. If he likes your eyes or your hair, he will follow you and obsess over you. Not sexually, he's not sexually driven at all, but he will try to either cut your hair to get some for himself or he'll attempt to poke your eyes out. Yes, he loves eyes and hairs. Obsesses over them like a magpie with a shiny coin.

Nau rolled onto her side, stretching her paws out and played with a creaky plank idly. Her eyes were half-closed, and her pink tongue lulled out. Thick tufts of her tail fur rustled and moved as if there was a wind blowing through the inn. Calius casually undid his the button of his cloak and let it drape over the back of his chair, the ends of it blanketing Nau's long tail. It would do him and Nau no good if someone noticed the way Nau's fur moved about without the aid of a breeze. She did not seem to mind, finding it amusing by wagging her tail up and down. Calius smiled, lifting his drink up towards his lips. No one in the inn seemed inclined to bother the Jateri, who liked it that way. For the moment, he contemplated his plans for tomorrow. He'll definitely have to move up the road and find a few new customers, and watch out for any rabid anti-magic weirdos too. They were getting a bit bold lately, and, though Calius could certainly protect himself, he was no good at close combat physical fighting and large crowds were only good when they gave him their coins. He licked his lips, placing his tankard back down on the table. The only proper defense he had other than magic and his trusty old wand was a small dirk, and he was fairly decent at it, but no expert. The small bladed weapon was only used for cutting stubborn things open and slicing fruits and meat. He was sure any blacksmith would die of horror if they ever caught wind of such an atrocity.
Nau growled, slapping a paw down on a bold mouse as it attempted to scramble past the clouded leopard. The small rodents tail wiggled under her paw, and the small squeaks of protest went unheard as the demon cat kept her paw on the small creature. She did not flex her claws out, however, and merely watched with half-hooded eyes. Calius enjoyed her company and found himself feeling safe around the big cat. No one really seemed inclined to rob a man with a big cat following close by, and if she ever decided to bare her fangs they usually skedaddled away from him. The only problem for the Jateri sorcerer was the dismissal issue. Nau was an easily jealous demon, and loathed parting from Calius. He had attempted to dismiss her several times, and had come out with several scrapes up and down his arms when she had lashed out at him out of anger. After the last time, when she had actually aimed to touch his horns, he had never attempted such a feat ever again. Besides, he wasn't a threat to anyone, though he doubted Havarzeti saw him as a harmless sorcerer, if she even knew he existed. He was sure she'd catch wind of his bold antics and public displays of magic soon enough.
He looked back at the gambling men, his curiosity heightened. When he had first lost his ability to see in color, discerning the different card colors had been a near impossible feat, but he had since then learned that even in black and white there were different shades of gray. Blacks were blacks and reds were just a slightly lighter shade of gray. He had learned to use this revelation in his entertainment, choosing shades of gray that matched nicely, as well as Nau's help. Turning back to his tankard, he looked down into the cup. It wasn't the fact that he couldn't see in color that hindered him, it was the fact that his vision came and went sporadically. At times it lasted for a few seconds, but sometimes, though rare, it lasted for a day or two. With this defect came the film of transparent white over his green eyes. If he hadn't put an illusion up to hide them, he knew people would be staring, and not in a good way. He liked attention, but he didn't want that kind of attention.
Calius did not hear the sound of footsteps coming his way, but Nau lifted her head up from the creaky plank and watched. She pulled her paw away, allowing the terrified mouse to quickly escape before the clouded leopard decided to trap it again. Nau let out a low growl and thudded her tail against Calius' leg. Her rustling fur rose up, but she did not show any signs of attacking. All she knew was that someone was trying to talk to her master. Calius looked up from his ale , shushed Nau, and then glanced up at the approaching man. His smile brightened with a hint of mischief. With a nod of his head in greeting, he pointed at the empty chair. “Of course. I enjoy company. Nau can be a bit...' He trailed off with a soft laugh. His demon companion answered with a low huff. “I don't know about food poisoning, but I always thought that place was a bit shifty, you know?”
