Engine was profesionaly rebuilt about 2 years ago. I have taken the car out a few times in the last 2 years and it has always done this. I did try another rebuilt carb on it today and it seems to work better. But i do need to adjust the floats. I ripped the adjustment gaskets and will have to replace them before I can do anything else. There are actualy you tube videos that describe how to do the adjustments. I thought that was nice.
