Hi Drew,

Hayfever is a result of weak adrenals. So the best thing you can do is support your adrenals especially with natural vitamin C and pantothenic acid sources.

Allergic responses can adversely affect very weak adrenals though. Therefore, I also recommend consuming more foods or herbs high in quercetin such as apples, yellow onions or nettle leaf. Quercetin is a natural antihistamine and therefore will help give the adrenals a break when exposed to allergens.
