Rice bran oil is actually very healthy. It is rich in gamma oryzanol that helps with cancer and hormones, sterols that help with cholesterol and cancer and vitamin Es (tocotrienols and tocopherols.

Rice bran is full of antioxidants that make it more heat stable for cooking as well.
