"Not accepting suggestions or complaints" per your "SOURCES" is completely out of line. Perhaps your "Sources" need to tape my comments to be more accurate for your rebuttals.

My recollection of what I might have said regarding your subject would have been for any member who wanted to present suggestions or complaints be in attendance at an SMR meeting. This would allow the individual or Individuals to present their case and be prepared to answer any questions from the attending membership that might want more clarification or rebuttals. This is the most fair and equitable method to handle members concerns.

Carol Dildine asks members for any input before our annual meeting to be forwarded to her and she then makes up the Agenda for the BOD and SMR membership to consider any concerns or suggestions based on that input.

While you may trust "Your Sources", since I don't have access to these individuals names, I can only state that your wording is categorically incorrect. Enough Said!!!!
