I believe that having it on email would be the best answer to the problem. The last few years you have at best 25% of members that attend the meeting. Emails would probably get about 75% of the members. I have had ideas on meeting agenda that were simply dismissed because I could not afford to be there. Here is a idea send out a snail mail to every member and find out the membership would like to do and find out what people that pay to be a part of this registry want.
