Ben,
You are correct this is a men's league. Teams can play with as few as 8 players, and as many as 11. Most teams consist of at least 12 players to deal with vacations and things of that nature. If you are wanting to try and get a team together you need to contact Brett at the Recreation Dept. @ (419) 221-5195 ASAP.
