Yikes, that response is ...... off putting. You are not going to grow the membership with that response, but I didn't need to state the obvious as I'm sure the board can see the decline in membership for themselves.

The whole organization seems very passive agressive to me.

At least SM owners have other choices of organizations to join that are energetic and welcoming. The future looks bright for the horses.
