Misty Mountain is opposite of Rainbow Cliff. Mists hover year-round at this high altitude, mistaken by some to be thin clouds. Thin layers of snow cover the mountain, making some areas slippery and hazardous.

Some think it romantic, a place to bring their mates, while others come to play and romp. However, all must agree that there is some level of mystery and spookiness hovering about with the mists...

A single black male wolf slunk through the bushes that surrounded the Misty Mountains. He walked to the edge of a rock and carefully peered around it. When he saw nothing he scanned the forest again, had he lost her? The male cautiously scanned the woods one last time before ducking into his den which was concealed in the brush. He immediately began digging the den bigger since he had just started it recently and it wasn�t quite big enough for him to fit in comfortably. As he dug and pushed dirt out of the den he started to relax, he hadn�t seen any sign of HER.

Azure Sky dug his den to a rather large size and stood at the entrance looking over his work. �Hm I guess I went a little overboard again,� he mumbled sitting down to take a break. He acted like he didn't like the size but his dens almost always ended up looking too big, he liked them that way. Now all he had to do was dry some grass and line the den with it after he ripped up the floor of the den a bit to make it softer. When he was done resting Azure Sky went into the woods and started ripping up grass and weeds. Then he spread it out in the sun near his den to dry. Then he looked around to make sure the coast was clear and started ripping up the floor of his den. His luck was going full force! He hadn�t seen any sign of Rinoa in days, even weeks! Azure climbed up the mountain a bit and laid on a rock to soak up the sun and enjoy the afternoon breeze. Today was amazing he thought as he drifted off to sleep for an afternoon nap.
