Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

At her sister's voice, Daisy lifted her pale crown just enough to be able to glare at her through angry yellow eyes. It was not her right to be speaking like that.
"They weren't taken, Ever." She growled. "They were killed. Brutally." She snapped before lagging behind just a bit.

Daisy winced, lifting her east hind paw off the ground, into the air. Pain shot through her. Just days before, while trying to escape certain death, Daisy was cut. The young princess had been attacked and cut deeply on her thigh. The pain was terrible and she had trouble walking. Her tracks were off, which made her whole state of coordination off. She limped along, not wanting to be helped, but wanting to be the one who helped. She wanted to go back, go home to her pack and see if there were any survivors. But of course her bossy little sister had to refuse. She was eldest, she was the one in charge, right?

Oh well. What could thinking do?

Suddenly, a calm stole over the pup. While glancing to the ground, she had caught sight of a brightly colored hibiscus. A plant most deadly to wolves, but oh so beautiful. It was the color of blood, a crimson flow with purple around it's edges. The inside started yellow and faded to white. A smile crossed the girl's muzzle as she, very softly, poked the flower's head with her paw. Gently, she lowered down and sniffed the flower.

Ever had stopped. The older girl looked up from the flower to see what was up. Her sister was glancing back at her, and, for the first time in days, Daisy smiled at her.
