Yes, I recommend a half teaspoon of each three times daily at least 20 minutes before meals.

Once the thyroid is back to normal then you could cut back on the formulas to maybe once a day for maintenance.

TMG is great for a lot of things including reducing the risk of heart disease. Therefore, this would be a recommended supplement.

Sunlight is the best way to get vitamin D. You have to maintain the health of your liver and kidneys though to convert vitamin D sources in to active D3. Herbs that will support both include schisandra berry, nettle leaf and licorice root.
