At the densest section of the forest, there is a brief clearing where a steady flow of water streams down the slippery stone staircase. The water here is cool and refreshing. Staircase Falls has been rumoured to be the place where reality is met by magic; where peaceful spirits dwell. They are rumoured to have healing powers that are used to help the desperately hurt, though no one has experienced this, except for, perhaps, Kaive.

I'LL BE YOUR QUEEN(Not finished.)

“Little? Ha, you are the little and spoilt arse. You have not lived until you have experienced the world; you have not lived until you admit that you are not the greatest being on earth. Divine beings we all are in our own ways. I truly to think that you, slug, are dead. Acting like you own all the land when each creature is important, so you might be important but so am I! So is the elk, the bugs, the annoying flies. They all have a purpose, so you sergeant stupid, can shut your mouth because the world has got enough trash!” It was an eruption of sound, this time I was louder, snarls skimming the foul and poisoned words. The lyrics never got out without a small and angered growl – and boy did it feel good to get it out. It made me feel powerful, a creature with my own mind and my own decisions. I felt as if this princess (or so he acted.) was the small one. Even though he was truly the largest in size; not that that mattered to me at that moment. I was the one in charge, no slug of a brute would get me down with a submit.

I did all my stuff, which when I look back was rather stupid and idiotic, making me seem big headed. After I had stolen the plump prey, he retreated to calling me names. It hurt, piercing my heart as if the brute was clenching hard down on it, with no sign to let go. My ears folded back, with a defeated look I hung my head as I listened to the hard words that rained upon me. I wasn’t going to give up the battle though – now, I was going to put on a fight and carry it on until one of us backed down. But who? I certainly wasn’t planning on backing down but I would if it meant staying alive; I had no knowledge about Njord and so it was dangerous to attack. He could have been muscular and tough but words she would continue to talk, spreading anger and hatred; poison girl.
“I, Njord, shall do no such thing. I caught it, the tasty meat, salivating juices of the dinner. It is almost enough to faint with such a fat rabbit, yum and yum. Grubs up – well for me, not for you.” I teased, a penetrating grin on my face, pure white ivories glimmering dimly; no sparkle however – at least I don’t think so. I did stupid things, hiding, apologising, I shouldn’t have done either. I should have continued to be moody and grouchy even if it did give me a bad name.

Njord refused to eat the scraps, refused to travel with me. A grim growling purr rumbled from me, obviously, I wasn’t a feline and it was just a low and vibrating snarl. “Okay, your loss, sunshine.” I proclaimed glamorously with a slightly over dramatic pose to accompany it. My swift appendages travelled up to him, my two mustard eyes scanned him. “Shame your personality doesn’t fit your looks, goodbye Njord; I hope someday you will come to your senses.” I reply a tone of honesty, I was not at all attracted to him; that bit was a lie but the rest was true.

My honey souls moved around smoothly, with a small nudge I was off, my pads moved silently and the debris sounded no alarm apart from the soft rustle that was sure to be there no matter how quiet I was. My limbs flexed and stretched, paced slow my bodice steps where in an even rhythm. Hopefully; for some odd and strange reason which I did not understand myself; I want him to follow me… Company calls.

( I like your new picture/table. )

( I've still got to proof-read it.)
