Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

The blue coated brute smiled as he reached her, a small smile on his paw as he panted lightly from the run through the snows to her. His tail waved lightly out behind him as he looked over the grey fem that had become his friend over there meetings that had been so far apart, but every time he was always so happy to see her alive and well. The feather necklace beat around his neck as he finally took in his fill of her form and settled on the stormy blue-grey eyes the shy, soft smile still firmly placed on his maw all the while. It made his heard flutter knowing that she was so happy to see him. She was the only one who seemed happy to see him, sure his family, but not really anyone else ever was.

"I know, It's been far to long since I have seen you, Storm." But at her next words a little frown creased his maw. "Well, I've been okay, yeah," But he couldn't bring himself to tell her about the war at his home. He had been waiting for her to come to Ice for ages like she had said she would back a their last meeting, but he was happy she wasn't there, happy she wasn't involved with it. "You have been good too, right?" He paused wondering if its been so long that perhaps... well she found someone. Elk given up really finding someone a long time ago, being so shy and backwards, but Storm... "Any exciting news?" He asked trying to keep the worried tones out of his voice as he kept his maroon colored eyes on Storm.

He didn't want to think about it if she did... After all he kinda had, well he did like her since they had first met a few years ago now. Elk knew he would be crushed if she found a mate, but at the same time he wouldn't try to ruin it for her, or ruin their friendship over that. But he was getting much to far ahead of himself, he didn't even know if she did or not yet... No conclusion jumping... He just had to wait and see.
