Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

Returning to Bright Moon territory with Anarrow was a succes. Doing it without upsetting Abendrot's leader, though, not so much. Kershov's sudden appearance didn't bring much tension to begin with, but after his articulation came forth, Tamlin's slick wording didn't seem to catch the Abendrot regal on his good side. In fact, if Bright Moon's own alabaster King wouldn't have said it in such a teasing way, I'm sure there would have been a full out brawl between the two packs right then and there. At least that would have broken the building tension that seemed to grow higher and higher just like a nimbostratus cloud. It got denser; thickening like pea soup within the air, but that didn't seem to matter anymore as we set away from the borders of the opposing pack. The territory line is shared by us two, which doesn't leave us much choice than to pass eachother on border patrol if we were unlucky enough to, but me, unlike some of the wolves around here, wasn't scared of a little challenge between the wanna-be hardass's of our neighbors. Hell, I was ready to take on the beta or gamma at the meeting, but if it wasn't the soft touch of my own obsidian fur brushing up against Tamlin's, I don't know how bad my temper would have become. The outcome would have been much different, but I guess the colors of us two matched those of Yin and Yang, and isn't it told that they are peace makers, yes?

Lunettes swivel at the faint sound of voices in the distance, and I can't help but quicken my pace in case there was danger approaching. If that was the case, then I would be the first one on the damned scene. After all, I wasn't promoted to the rank of beta for nothing- I worked hard for this rank, and I do intend to keep it. One thing I've learned about being in a pack, if you really wanted to move up in the ranking system, it was to remain active. I don't know how many times it happened to our poor King, watching his closest pack mates, whom had been here longer than I, disappear from the lands one by one. Heaving a light sigh, my ebony frame twists and turns throughout the fallen limbs and logs, the foliage's shadows easily camoflodging my pelt from the unseen eyes. Oh how I would hate to see the day when my own czar loses his senses and gives up his thrown; To be honest, I would probably beg him to remain here with me..Or, I mean the pack. A soft chuckle escapes my maw as I continue on my way, closing the distance between myself and the stranger at our borders.

Slowing down my pace, I halt for a moment's time, satellites perk to catch the maiden's choice of wording. "Someday he'll go down." Who the fuck was she speaking of? Her mate? Brother? Stranger whose name she didn't know? ...Tamlin? A single rain drop drizzled past the canopy's top layer above me, landing surprisingly right on the tip of my nose. Taken back at the sudden burst of cold that shot throughout my snout, my nervous system kicked in to show my surprise by causing me to jump and tilt my head upwards. Emerald oculurs searched the top of the forest's level, finally easing back to normal position to have my line of vision fall upon the girl and young pup once more. Stepping forward through the twigs, I let my windows bore into the new arrivals. My voice is like a poisonous flower, sweet but deadly. "I do hope you are not speaking of someone within our borders, sweety." The lyrics were cooed out in a soothing tone, followed by a sinister giggle. "My title is Ambrosia, beta of Bright Moon." I cock an imaginary eyebrow at her, emerald oculurs piercing down as if I were to find hidden information about why she showed up at our erritory line in the first place. "If it is Bright Moon you wish to seek entrance, madam, I do insist you drop that prescious body of yours.. I would hate to have to force you out.." The sarcasm to my last line was heavy, but that was all forgotten as my body circled the two lupines that wished to enter-or so I assume.

Sensitive radars catch the faint scent of a familiar pack to my senses. The aroma was sweet, with the tangy smell of strong flowers; Spring Grounds was it? Did big bad NEMO finally chase off a pack member? Oh well, if he keeps this up, Bright Moon will have all of their member's by next month. "So many questions to ask, but do please tell my why you reak of that disguisting place of Spring Grounds." I scrunch my nose lightly, the smell of blooming flowers and spring time over fills my nares and I can't help but almost gag. Taking a few steps away from the vixen and her cub, I ignore the silent rain as it falls quicker and denser by the second, drenching my onyx cloak.
