Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

Gamma of Bright Moon

The stretch of muscles felt good right about now. After finding an old, abandoned den, I attempted to take a nap. Of course sleep didn't come, thank you insomnia. I needed something to keep my mind and body busy. As always, boarder patrol was the easiest option. The only good thing about the damn insomnia was that it got me up to the pack's third in command. With a weak sigh I blinked my eyes open and pushed my walk into a slow trot. This land was so familiar to me now that I could have run the trek with my eyes closed. My paws beat over the familiar path, providing a small comfort.

The vocals of a male touched my audits, pulling my stilts into a slightly faster gait. I allowed my heavy lids to slide shut and just trusted my paws to fall in the right places. A bramble snagged my coat, ripping a bit of my sandy fur out but I ignored it. Knowing I was still a distance away, I threw my cranium back. A howl ripped through my throat into the air to let the brujo know I was on my way. I didn't want to take too long so I pushed my gait again, into a run this time.

As I got closer, I picked up a wolf's scent that faintly held the pack's odor. Identifying it was easy as I had just welcomed Harmonia not too long ago. Once the teen's ruddy pelt came into view it wasn't hard to pick out our visitor's form. I stepped up beside the valkyrie, my skull turned toward her. Harmonia. I'm glad to see you taking initiative already. A smile only she could see was flashed across my canvas. Then I faced the varg and looked him over. My mismatched green and blue luminaries examined him carefully but were still kind. Finally I parted my labias to address him. Hello there. I'm Venga, the Gamma female here at Bright Moon. I'm assuming you're here to join, no? First off, do you have a name? The last part was joined with a small chuckle. As it always did with questions, my crown tilted softly to the side. My haunches lowered to the ground as I waited for the boy's reply.

vengafeather, a remake, as best as i could do, of the wonderful picture that Minnie had made me. since Venga's a Gamma now, i figured it would be a good time to fix her photo so it matches her slogan.(:
