Adrien tumbled over Vex, rolling back onto her paws. Eyes gleaming with anger and hatred she began to circle her mother slowly. "Oh mother, father is so wrong about you. Of course you never stood a chance with him. I don't understand why he has such an interest with you." She giggled and grinned. Whether she was speaking the truth or lies could not be determined but it was sure to set Vex off again. She jumped at Vex quickly, taking use of her blessing, Agile to speed things up. This time she was using her teeth. Her canines were bared and deadly as she lunged. Her speed was incredibly fast, she was sure to his her target of the femme's throat.

Adrien was careful to not accidentally scrape herself or injure herself. If she went home with so little as a scratch, Tavern would have a fit. She knew he would hunt down whoever injured her and bring their life to an end. Her brother was supervised by their father, who seemed to be creating a mini army of children, who were all being trained by Tavern, the oldest son. Adrien wasn't sure why, but her father seemed to know what he was doing so she didn't question it.
