My wife and I spent a few hours in Carden on Tuesday evening and sightings were numerous. We saw 3 towhees,about 15 cedar waxwings, a garter snake which i helped him off the road his partner wasn't so lucky,we saw a few upland sandpipers a hen turkey with her brood 3 cottontail rabbits a young spikehorn buck ano adult shrike and her 3 chicks a common nighthawk and the usual assortment of sparrows. Only one there person and John Kinghorn's friendly cattle other than that a quiet evening on the plain. Replies: There have been no replies.
