Many wolves looking for relaxation come to Blossom Field. A gentle breeze vibrating the blossoming flowers is quite a sight to see and it is quite a favourite for wolves to come with their mates.

A recent fire has ruined the scenery, half the field covered with soot and marked with scars of the flames. The other half is untouched, however.

I simply nodded at his story; listening and yet not quite hearing. It seemed like I should feel sorrow for him though at the present moment all I felt nothing, nothing except a strange severed feeling… another question. A question which at the present should receive an answer. He asked and it was my obligation to respond. “Nothing.” I said simply. That was after all what had made me. “I come from no sob story, quite the opposite; I was to be Alphess when my mother stepped down from her place. My parents were never cruel and I was betrothed. The epitome of flawlessness.” The words held a sort of bitterness to them, which though I could taste quite vividly, did not stain my prose. I watched him for a few more moments, earthen gaze never but flickering to meet his eyes. “Politics and class ruled the pack I came from and I in turn achieved great status among the councilmen, rising in ranks easily, though with my parents being alpha‘s my status was already quite high. You should have seen the festivities they held They were quite lovely.” The last bit had some truth to it, they were after all fabulous but I never quite enjoyed them. All of those people with their expecting gazes… empty. It seemed as though all of my lyrics were that way.
