Gamma of Bright Moon
My cream haunches lowered to the ground as well. I was glad the lad had regained his calm and wasn't going to launch himself at my throat. Now that I had come to that conclusion, I held his cool stare easily. As the silence pressed down on me, my mismatched pools still locked on his navy blues, I noticed his detachment. I saw how it seemed like only his body was here. Then he shifted and it was like he was back from his own personal fantasy.
He didn't have anything to say, that much was obvious. I shifted awkwardly, not liking the silence. I was about to part my maw to say something, anything, when his banded body fell to the floor. My brow furrowed at the silly way he went about laying down again and I chuckled. My audits caught the growl, but just barely and I paid it no mind. So, you come to this spot a lot or something? It was a stupid question but I didn't know what else to ask. I could tell that he still wasn't happy with my company but I sure as hell wasn't about to leave. I let my gazers wander around the little area we were in then back to the strangely marked boy, waiting for an answer.
