Percent sign 20 in URL

When I put a percent sign 20 in a URL in the address bar it works fine and will upload.
When I attempt to Hyper Link from B2g message it will not work.
I realize Percent20 denotes a space
B2G changes the dynamics percent20 to |0

Example purely non working URL example ony..
