At the densest section of the forest, there is a brief clearing where a steady flow of water streams down the slippery stone staircase. The water here is cool and refreshing. Staircase Falls has been rumoured to be the place where reality is met by magic; where peaceful spirits dwell. They are rumoured to have healing powers that are used to help the desperately hurt, though no one has experienced this, except for, perhaps, Kaive.

I'm waiting for this cough syrup to come D O W N ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The multihued Arcadia was more then content sitting in his small patch of shade. Radars pricked for any sign of life; Be it wolf or another forest creature. In fact the varg needed not wait long for a Doe and her two fawn to bound from the grass. In an instant the deer froze just noticing the large wolf by the water. Arcadia curiously looked at them before turning away, a sign he was no threat to them. The family went over to the water quickly lapping up as much as they could as fast as they could. The doe never once let Arcadia slip from view. Natural prey response to a near by predator. Arcadia and the dear lifted their heads at a sudden rustling. Both pairs of eyes watching the moving shrubbery. Instantly the deer bounded away, her two fawn right on her heels. Blue gazers watched them as the disappeared. Footsteps from behind him shot his head back to the direction the movement came. Arcadia even thought he caught the hint of a hungry belly rumble. But he dismissed that thought off as a young brute stepped into view. The boy was very young in fact. Not a pup but it looked as though he had just entered his teenage years. There was a small silence before a voice broke through. 'You stole my rabbit' It was apparent to Arcadia that the boy had been following him after he made the catch. Didn't look as though he thought what he said through very much though. Arcadia turned his head and lifted a brow, not sure how to take that statement. It didn't seem like the boy was itching for a fight over it. The big brute lifted himself up to a seat position. Giving a reassuring smile to tell the lad it was okay. "It seems as though we both had our eyes on the same target. If I had noticed you were there I would have allowed you to take the rabbit. You must be hungry seeing as I took your lunch. You can have the rest if you wish." His tone was gentle and laid back. A calm smile lie perfectly upon his maw. Slowly he rose, padding over to his hiding place. Arcadia dug up the other half of his rabbit before collecting it in his maw. The mix hued male walked over to the skinny looking teen. Gently he laid the rabbit down in front of the boy, nudging it closer to the lad. Arcadia sat down and laughed. "Please take it. It would make me feel better knowing nobody got cheated. If you'd like more i'd be more then happy to fetch another one for you, my treat."Arcadia hoped, nearly insisted, that the boy take the rabbit. And in all honesty he would feel much better if he got another one for the poor chap, he was terribly thin. The brute smiled before beginning to speak again."My names Arcadia by the way.
