They walked in silence and Acorn couldn’t get enough of the new land. Although it was hot and stuff, it was still fun! When Eliska asked her question, the chestnut mare cocked her head to the side and thought about it. The warm sand shifted gently beneath her feet. It was interesting enough that they were in a different place that was right by the border of the Hills, but now there was a possibility that someone lived here. "Who knows? Maybe we’ll find remains of horses who tried to live here!" As Acorn thought about it, she realized that it might be gross.

To Eliska, that is.

"Of course, we probably won’t," she said quickly before flicking her eyes towards an upcoming horse. A dunskin stallion introduced himself and Acorn grinned, a gleam in her eye. If she made friends with the stallion named Encantador, she could visit him whenever she wanted! "How did you know we’re neighbors?" she questioned, "I’m Acorn. This little mouse’s father has the Hills." She lowered her muzzle to bump the filly playfully. The chestnut mare always tried to come up with a nickname for her friends right away. So when she lifted her head again, she peered at Encantador. She had to figure out a nickname for him right away!
