The forest stands tall and lush here; ancient trees reach weather-twisted arms to the sky, fighting monster-like storm clouds back with their interlacing fingers. Shadow seems to lurk everywhere you look, but it spills calmly, coolly, inspiring a sense of stealthy calm or protection rather than unease. That is, if you've forgotten what kind of creature might be stalking just out of sight...Abendrot is a land cradled by the dark woods on all sides; in the center, some of the larger trees stay behind to reveal a small plateau - a citadel where this pack can gather and defend itself from invaders. There are, of course, softer sides to the land. Clearings here and there allow the sun to throw down its rays in incongruously resplendent gold showers. Ignore the lingering scents of blood spattered here and there along the borders: those do not concern you. The river on one edge of the territory is playful enough when it hasn't been gorged by violent rain. You can choose to note the ragged claw marks raked down tree trunks and the forest floor as friendly "Home Sweet Home" signs, if you wish.

All who treasure loyalty, order, victory, and the occasional indulgence of raw visceral pleasure are welcome, once they've been approved by the ever-watchful eyes of Abendrot's Alpha. But keep one thing in mind: no matter what your motive, this is not a fool's Paradise. This is the land of soldiers, assassins, and spies. This is ABENDROT.

Make up your mind quickly and prepare to prove your worth. You wouldn't want to add to those blood spatters, would you...?

The ivory gal limped back into blossom forest. How long had it been? It had been over a month that's for sure. All because of her stupid dad and brother. It wasn't her fault they kidnapped her, dragging her to hell. Crystal blue eyes couldn't even look down there was so much shame. She was an assassin damnit! How could this have happened to her so easily. And after all that she'd been through she still couldn't bring herself to kill them. 'Lo had them where she wanted them, but nope. She simply couldn't sink her fangs into their throats. Now she walked back to her home in shame. Beaten and abused. Her body looked terrible to day the least. Cuts and open wounds from her family's handy work. That wasn't even the half of it. Her belly was inlarged. She was pregnant! Those bastards had raped her, again! How would she explain this to Kershov? The thought of her king made her shameful. Secretly she had small feelings towards him, but they were microscopic. How would she explain her leaving, she was loyal to her king. Yet she went up and disappeared. Luckily she had time to think on the way to her home, Abendrot.

It took her some time to drag her mangled body to the packlands. When she got there all she could do was stand and think,'I'm home'. The first feelings that crossed her were ones of happiness. But the shame kicked in. How would her pack mates respond to her coming pack. On top of seeing the demon spawn she carried within her belly, luckily the bulge was small enough to be missed. Emotions flooded her as she took that first step into Abendrot. Tears welled into her eyes. Then a sound caught her ivory radars. It was her king. Kershov called for a meeting. In a way it made her nervous, she had to show herself in front of many a wolf. I front of her friends, her king. Instinctively she started towards the meeting area, knowing she wouldn't be the first one there. 'Lolani didn't know what to expect from them, their reactions. The new comers might not understand but the old soldiers would. Limping along she kept her look on things positive, that's all she had right now.

'Lo scented many wolves as she made her way to the clearing. Some familiar, some new. Assassin training kicked in and she was slithering out of all detection areas. Blue eyes found a suitable place to watch for the time being. Slowly and silently she made her way to hiding spot. There were familiar faces. Enigma, Marx, the knit witted teen girl, and some others. Then the new comers. One stood out the most. The way he looked like he owned the place. She would have to teach this brute( Wolverine ) a lesson in respect. But now wasn't the time. Slowly he eyes found Kershov, he looked just the same as she remembered. By now it was time to show her face, so she slowly entered the clearing. Keeping a low profile. She caught eyes with Kershov. A thousand words were shared in that moment. Emotions flooded her eyes. Pain, sadness, happiness, grief, they all showed. It was only a fraction of a second. 'Lo instinctively averted her gaze, dropping it to the ground. She bowed in respect before shuffling over to the closest thing she had to a friend, Enigma. The ivory girl sat down next to the Beta giving a strained smile. The words were hard to spit out so she simply went with one thing. "hey."<\b>
