It seems you are stupid.

Pierce would have been returned when it pleased me, not when she decided that it was within her "best interest" to humor herself and leave.

She can stay with you, but if you should wish her to stay there forever, I demand compensation, or I will be returning to take not only Pierce, but another mare within the ridge that has piqued my interest.

I will accept other mares or future daughters as compensation.

Better not to jump the gun next time.
