Hey PEI Roadrunners,
This Sunday Aug 12 is the Triathlon by the Sea -Brackley Beach.
For those of you who of you who are not a big fan of swimming- there is very fun Duathlon options for you
2 Choices of Duathlons:
-Olympic DU: 1km run, 40km bike, 10km run
-Sprint DU:1km Run, 20km Bike, 5km run
