O Melhor sighed happily as he stepped out of the ocean, giddy with excitement. Tallynne had called him love! A stupid grin sat of his face as the silver black stallion wobbled into the Falls, hopelessly in love. Perhaps it was simply what the palomino mare called every stallion she lived with, but it hit O Melhor hard. He was wandering around, staring off in the distance. The grin was light, yet it was so obvious at the same time. Luckily, Tallynne wouldn't be ashamed to see him since she had decided to go visit the Ridge. O Melhor was sure she would be fine, but any other day he would charge over, just to make sure his new ally kept his tongue in check. Then again, the stallion had also made sure O Melhor knew to stay away from his own girls, and the silver black stallion was sure that Nikola would keep his side of the bargain. If not, O Melhor would show up tomorrow, his head held high as he challenge Nikola for his mare and another.

But, sadly, the mutt couldn't think correctly.

He continued along, almost falling into the lake. He stopped just in time, but his expression stayed the same. The silver black stallion sighed happily again, turning and moving away from the waterfall. Perhaps the gypsy vanner wanted to be more then just special. Perhaps she wanted to rule by his side, or perhaps she wanted his heart for her own. Well, she had it already and Piedoso's idol had until sun down to get a grip on himself. But it seemed that wouldn't be happening soon as the silver black stallion almost ran into a tree at his slow walk. He was doomed, probably never to find his way home again. But maybe, just maybe, by sundown he would see the night sky and make a dash for home. Just maybe.
