I bought the attached top of the line hydration system through TAO in Halifax for 183.98 inc taxes. It is a beauty! It is medium to large but will tighten quite significantly. No bounce, light as a feather, many compartments, sits nicely on the back, 1.5 litre water chamber...great for ultras, tough trail runs or those dry family get togethers. I used it only once at the Brookvale Ultra. I recently found an xs to sm in Montreal and it fits me much better. I am selling the medium to large for 125.00 if interested. Savings of almost 60.00.
