Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

Do the stars and constellations know the future? Surely they do, for light takes millenia to reach us... so they must hide secrets about the darkness of the sun, the collapse of the human empire... the disappearance of the old ways of vargs- and the coming of new beings... each life... each death. Do the stars know each and every single one? I am sure that they do… the world is full of strange things, and it encourages life to take some funny twists and turns- leading the body to believe that everything is purposeful… nothing at all is coincidental- and inevitability has a law that makes things as they are and should be. I don’t believe that… I think sometimes… life just throws things out to see what will happen. Experimenting on a blank sheet of paper- determining all the possible outcomes. It’s unfair- but there is no such thing as justice, so there is, in turn, nothing that can be done about it. After all, life is no physical being…

Tamlin showed his pallid form sooner than I had hoped. I was still debating on whether or not to turn around and try a different day... that way he wouldn't have to get up in the middle of the night- alas he found her quickly. And that made all the difference. My wine-red pillars stayed their ground and bloody-hued audettes pricked forth to catch his footfalls upon the terra firma. Well- he smelled delectable. He must have devoured something before he came, for I can still pick up on the faint traces of coppery metal and the distinguishable scent of fresh blood. His words made me wince in recollection of the reasonings I had harbored... and then as I recalled to memory the reason as to why I chose Cold Summers. You would to, if you had been hunted all your known life because of your pelt color... finding Kryptonite was the most amazing thing that had ever happened to me... but he had disappeared without a word of consent. It was easy to understand the reason why I had stayed… but he left without a reason and I was devastated for a long while. Bells flick forward and navy stargazers dilate in the new-found moonlight.

"Your memory has not failed you yet- I am indeed... but I should be the one asking forgiveness. My reason in coming back is related to the reason I left. I was not worthy to be titled a warrior by the likes of you... and now, I am ready to give up my life for whatever you may ask of me. If you would have me- that is."
