Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

Gamma of Bright Moon

More and more wolves flowed in, greeted Tamlin, and took a seat. Tamlin had treated Misty's worry as was expected, with nothing but kindness. After that and soon after my own arrival, Harmonia came in. Once she had greeted Tamlin, she came and sat by me. A wide smile etched onto my features and I directed it at her. I still had no idea where my soft spot for her had come from. Maybe because she had been abandoned as a pup and therefor was damaged goods just as I was.

I had allowed myself to get too wrapped up in my thoughts that when I got back to reality and looked around, I saw that Ambrosia had come in without my noticing. She had actually come in just before Harmonia. I really needed to pay better attention to the goings on. I was about to turn my honey dipped cranium to greet the ebony beta. When my gaze fell on her, I saw she was already looking at me, greeting me. I returned her nod with one of my own. The corners of my mouth tipped upward, mirroring the small smile upon Ambrosia's own canvas.

The exchange was brief and my head turned to find Anarrow and Flick stepping in. I flashed a wide smile their way. I still remembered when I had welcomed the duo into the pack. They had been so young and much too skinny. Looking at them now you'd never know it, though.

My attention was quickly diverted from the two friends as a small alabaster form-- whos emerald gaze rivals that of Ambrosia-- comes toward Tamlin. The wolfing babbled of a name thief to our king. I just couldn't suppress a laugh at this and heard that Ambrosia couldn't stifle her own chuckle, either. I shot her a quick, amused glance before looking back to young Twist. I still vaguely remembered the lad's mother, Sugar Fix. She had only been in the lands long enough to birth and wean her pups then was gone, leaving Oreo Twist on his own but taking the others with her. A shame too, he's a good pup and very cute.

At Tamlin's comment to me, I gave a soft chuckle. Anything for you, my liege. My tone was light but I was only half joking. I would do anything for Tamlin. I would even so much as give my life for him. I don't doubt in the least that he would do the same for us. He announces a hunt is to take place and I'm not surprised, as we aren't in our usual clearing. A question rings from his lips and I look around.

Ambrosia's midnight kissers barely move as a question slips from them. Even as close as I am, I only catch the hushed word "ranks" and know she is asking if they will be changed after the hunt. I'm content with my rank and am quite sure it will not be going down but still an audit swivels to be sure to catch Tamlin's reply.

Warrior is next to speak. He asks a question that piques my interest and I listen even harder for my alabaster regal's response. Warrior's next inquiry is one I can answer for him with ease. A quick glance around precedes me stepping forward. I pad on silent paws over to the lad's side. After plopping down, I let a moment of silence ensue. I clear my throat quietly, just loud enough to catch the boy's attention. My nose points to the center of it all, to him. That's Tamlin. As you've most likely guessed, he's our alpha. He's a really good leader. The last muted statement was infused with adoration. The point of my nares shifts slightly. At his flank is Ambrosia. She's his second in command, our Beta. She looks serious and intimidating but she's very kind. I point back more to the teen I'd been standing by. Right there is Harmonia. She's a real sweety but a tad shy. I looked towards the pale lass who'd just a bit ago looked shamed. I was about to say her name when she said it herself. She's our Delta. My gaze flitted to Seoras and Twist. By this time, both had already introduced themselves. Cute little wolflings, both of them. I looked to the only wolves left not introduced. And last but not least, Flick and Anarrow. Flick is the one marked like a fox. He's the pack's Zeta. Anarrow is the brown lass. I finally look at the teen I sit next to. The corner of my mouth tilts up the barest bit. I rise to my sandy paws with a nod and move silently back to my place at Tammy's flank, remaining standing.

vengafeather, a remake, as best as i could do, of the wonderful picture that Minnie had made me. since Venga's a Gamma now, i figured it would be a good time to fix her photo so it matches her slogan.(:
