Just wanted to give a big thanks & shout out to all those who came out for the Gold Cup Trot 5K on Saturday. Special thanks to Rob MacKenzie who did a great job as race director, Jamie, Janet and the volunteers who generously donate their time to help out. Also a big thanks to my dad Wayne, my wife Cyndi & my boys, Tyler & Josh who looked after things in my absence.
