I lope easily toward the smell of another wolf, a male this time. A soft growl escapes my chest. I've never gotten along with other males very much but as a pack wolf, I've had to at least tolerate their presence, especially since Queens has a thing for male play things. My paws gently cup the earth, making my approach silent. Before I know it, I'm standing before the male, my hackles raised in warning as my golden gaze sweeps over the male's form, taking in his strengths and weaknesses. If you've come to join, then submit and state your name. My voice is rough and deep, a fully mature male's voice. My midnight coat blends in perfectly with the shadows behind me and my tail is raised to the rank of Beta male, making me well above the rank of this loner. I can tell that his paw is in pain but surely he didn't come here hoping to be coddled. This is Malignant Felicity, home to the bad parts of Blossom and none of the good. |
