Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

we are the inseparable world, the earth and the sky
we are the seas and the shores, you and I

(( One thing, Rise lost his eyesight when he lost Sun, literally while trying to chase after her, so she would remember him being able to see. :)
Really sorry for being a few days late though, post's been sitting open on my laptop but I couldn't find the words for it xD ))

The boys were still exploring this vast land known as Blossom Forest, noting every inch and every leaf. Set would describe what he saw in great detail, every colour, every minute little mark or shape. For many it would have grown tiring long ago, but Set had grown used to it, he would do anything for his brother. Rise returned the favour though, he described the scents and sounds he found for his brother, pointing out things the darker boy had missed. And he was more imaginative, he could make a story to go with everything, a tale of how it came to be or what might have happened there in days of old.

The boys had ended up at the foot of a massive, majestic set of cliffs. They stretched tall in the sky, bordered by deep forest and touched by a constant rainbow. Staring up in awe, Set was speechless, never having seen anything so unique. And he was the least emotional of the brothers. Rise could sense his brother's wonder, feel it seeping into his bones, despite being unable to see what was before him. "Oh Rise, how I wish you could see this. Words wouldn't give it credit, it's glorious." The ivory brother gave a small smile, tinged with sadness but still a smile. "If wishes were food, brother, I would be fat. I can still feel it though, there's something almost magical about this place."

Exchanging a nuzzle that was heavy with deeper meaning and feeling, the boys turned and made their way along the bottom of the cliffs, moving slightly deeper into the forests. The cliffs were beautiful, yes, but perhaps not the safest place for a blind wolf. Rise had learnt to cope with his disability, he'd learnt other ways around things, but still, it was always better to be safe than sorry. So, they made their way into the forest, searching for prey and for a den for the night. The nights were getting colder and colder as winter approached, meaning food and shelter were even more of a priority than normal. It was always survival of the fittest and the boys were nothing if not determined.

Sniffing the air, Rise suddenly stiffened, smelling a scent that stirred something deep within him. There was something so very familiar to it, it made memories flood into his mind, old, old memories. Ones that had images rather than than darkness, pictures of a happy family and a particular little black pup. A look of intense worry flickered over Set's face as he watched his brother, wondering what on earth he was sensing. "Rise....? What's wrong?" The ivory brother didn't answer, his big white ears twitching and rotating, his nose wrinkled as he drank in that scent and tried desperately to focus on it's direction. He found it within minutes and, in a very un-Rise like action, he raced towards it, unaided by his brother and blind to everything but that smell.

Miraculously avoiding most obstacles, the pale brother charged towards the bearer of the smell, breaking through the trees and coming to a rolling halt just feet from the girl. Set soon appeared beside his brother's prone form, but before he could help Rise, his eyes caught sight of the black female who was so similar to him. He froze, his mouth forming an O of disbelief and shock. Rise had righted himself and was stood, leaning against his brother for support as he savoured every tiny bit of that smell. He was the first to speak, his words were few but filled with great emotion. "Sun, oh sweet Fenrir, I would know you anywhere."
