PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

lets start from square one

Vashti
your queen

The fog created a dampness that clung to the petite arabian. she definitely wasn't one to let surroundings rule her mood, but this dreary atmosphere was not playing to her better nature. usually, the sun was shining, and this was bright and airy around here. but today, it seemed mother nature was not feeling at her best ither. in these circumstances, v had found it best to try and make the best of the situation. at least she had some company to keep her occupied.

At the mention of the general, abstract seemed to bit agitated. like more people with higher ranks you had to jump through hoops for, and vashti knew hoe the silver grey mare felt. when she thanked v for the slight information, she nodded her dial in response, focusing on observing the female in front of her. it seemed they were both trying to figure out the other. testing the ground, without trying to step on anyone's hoof.

One thing was for sure, the desert damsel was not use to this solemnness that seemed to rule the peak. she was use to a lively and bright environment, full of friendly faces. this was a shock, but she was trying to not scare away potential friends. so when it seemed as if abstract was doing her best to make small talk, she didn't shut her out. swiveling her auds to listen to what the other female had to say. how long had she been there? gee, v hadn't really bee keeping track, as each day seemed to mush into the previous one. but she tried to think of an estimated time frame.

"Well, i'm not sure, but i would say at least since spring."

This was true. she had arrived in mid spring, and now it was mid summer. funny how quickly the season's changed, it seemed so unfair though. not being able to have a say in when winter or spring would come.

"How long do you plan on staying?"

The inquiry was simple, not too personal, she hoped anyway.
